1. Who we are
This service ("requote.online") is operated by lowkey.club ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: hi@lowkey.club.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — email address, hashed password, authentication tokens.
- Content you provide — quotes, invoices, uploaded images/PDFs, client names, project details, banking details you choose to enter.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser/device identifiers, log data, page views, error reports.
- Support messages — anything you send to hi@lowkey.club.
3. Why we use it & legal basis
- Create and secure your account — performance of a contract.
- Provide the quote/invoice generation service and store your documents — performance of a contract.
- Fraud prevention, abuse detection, service integrity — legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
- Customer support — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
- Legal & tax compliance — legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Hosting & infrastructure subprocessors — Lovable (application hosting) and Supabase (database, authentication, storage).
- AI processing — content you upload for extraction may be processed by our AI model provider solely to return structured fields.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our subprocessors are based outside South Africa / the EEA / the UK. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in South Africa, the Information Regulator). To exercise any right, email hi@lowkey.club. We aim to respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security — to protect your personal data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Payment provider cookies may be set on checkout pages served by Paddle.
10. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
