1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and lowkey.club ("Lowkey", "we", "us"), the operator of the requote.online service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Lowkey lets independent studios and makers generate editorial quotes and invoices from notes, images or PDFs, share them via a link, and export print-ready documents. Features may change over time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: (a) using it unlawfully or to defraud; (b) sending spam or infringing content; (c) infringing anyone's intellectual property; (d) interfering with security, probing, scraping, or introducing malware; (e) reselling or redistributing the service; (f) reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the quotes, invoices, images and text you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you and your recipients. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.
6. Our intellectual property
The Lowkey service, software, templates, branding and documentation remain the property of lowkey.club and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Price
requote.online is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll update these Terms and give you notice before any charge applies.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Lowkey available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period; please export anything you need first.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Content moderation & AI
The service uses AI to extract structured fields from your uploads. Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing every quote and invoice before sending it. We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
